Just in time (sort of) for Halloween (but not really) it’s our second episode of the Spooktacular! Ok listen folks, we’re really trying here. This spooktacular isn’t over just because it’s full on Christmas season now either. If anything, we’ll just start in on the Silent Night, Deadly Night franchise if you make us. But this isn’t a trick. This episode is ALL treat. This gem, pun intended, was discovered by Adam during his 31 Days of Horror and brought to life on the podcast by our boys.We proudly present to you the majesty that is Psycho Goreman! So grab your pillowcase of candy, but ditch those razor blades in that Snickers bar first, and listen in to this latest episode of the CINEMASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE!

Well, well, well. It has been a minute since we’ve seen each other, hasn’t it? It feels good to be back. And back we are! It’s time to get this Spooktacular kicked off right. We’re firing things up this year with a Rental King selection that is sure to terrify you. This indie film from earlier this year had all kinds of buzz around it so the Cinemasters are digging in for your Halloween delight. So without any further ado, lets jump in with Ron and Adam on this episode of the CINEMASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE!!!!

Welcome back Cinemaster fans for a special episode of the Spooktacular 3.0! This time we’ve got a very special movie to talk about and an extra Cinemaster Jr. in the house to talk with us. Ron and Adam are talking all things Freddy! No, not that knife gloved madman who stalks you in the dream world. I’m talking the animatronic pizza purveyor who comes for you in real life, though both prefer to work while you’re snoozing. Ron took his son Logan to see this movie opening night in theaters so all three of them will be talking all things Five Nights at Freddy’s. This is your official warning that there’s gonna be some spoilers since this one is brand new. But if you’ve seen the flick in theaters or on Peacock streaming already, or you just don’t care about spoilers as it stands, grab your popcorn and get ready for this Spooktacular installments of CINEMASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE!!!

How fortuitous to have Friday the 13th in the middle of a Spooktacular! After a little break (even Cinemasters need a little recovery time here and there) the Rental King and that fella from the North are back at it with a franchise deep cut this time. Adam’s pick is Friday the 13th Part IV: The Final Chapter. As luck would have it, the boys were able to record this episode ON Friday the 13th. It would seem the stars have aligned as Ron and Adam sit through this installment in the series and bring you play by play on the film with interesting bits of trivia and full commentary on all things Jason Voorhees. So grab a teddy bear or maybe your favorite machete and cozy up to this episode of Spooktacular Volume 3 of the CINEMASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE!!!

Welcome back Cinemasters to the third installment of the third annual Spooktacular brought to you exclusively by no one, especially not Vermont Aged White Cheddar. This week we are turning back the clock to when years started with a 1 for a lost classic, Stir of Echoes. In this ghostly tale of murder we find a newly clairvoyant Kevin Bacon communicating beyond the grave with the girl gone missing. In a shining performance along side Katherine Erbe (she’s having a baby in real life and in the movie) you’ll dig this creepy caper all the way up to it’s exciting conclusion. So grab you pop corn, dim the lights and join Ron and Adam for this weeks terrifying tale on the CINEMASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE!!!

We are officially underway in Spooktacular 3.0 and things are starting to really get good. This week the fellas are taking on a pandemic darling known as WIlly’s Wonderland. With the resurgence of all things Nicolas Cage, this hidden gem is all kinds of fun. A mute protagonist finds himself stuck between a rock and a murderous pack of satanic robots with nothing but a handful of special sodas and a flair for pinball. Join Ron and Adam as they spend the night at Willy’s Wonderland where evil animatronics come to life and try and stop Cage from sprucing up a dilapidated destination pizza place. So grab a slice, put on your party hat and join us in singing “It’s your birthday and we want you to have fun!” on this installment of the CINEMASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE!!!

Well hello again Cinemaster fans and let me officially welcome you to the third annual Spooktacular! Ron and Adam are kicking things off early this year and getting a jump on spooky season as soon as possible. Now that it’s September it’s time to start busting out hoodies, munching on candy corn and cranking up the scary movies! In the first installment the boys pull out all the stops and offer up a whole new experience with a modern classic horror flick, It Follows. So light up some candles and dim the lights, grab a blanket and some popcorn and join us for a long awaited inaugural opening of the Cinemasters of the Universe Spooktacular!!!

Cowabunga Cinemaster Fans! After a hiatus we are back at it and hitting 2023 hard with a timeless classic, 1990’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. And if we are going to do this right, we’re going to need a little extra help. This episode brings in Nick “The Prince of Pixels” Wright to help Ron and Adam dive deep into the ooze of this flick. Full of personal stories, interesting trivia and hardcore facts about the film, our reptilian martial arts loving hosts are sure to provide that extra special something you’ve grown to love. Mind you, this episode will not be under 30 minutes but it’s still free so no worries there. If you thought this terror train was coming into the station at the end of October, you’re sadly mistaken. Episode 5 of the Spooktacular is underway! And this time we’re heading under France into some of the tightest spots the catacombs have to offer. This claustrophobic haunt is a hidden gem of the found footage subgenre and it has so much to offer. Just think of the Blair Witch on steroids and pack it tightly in the literal Parisian underbelly. Join Ron and Adam as they carefully squeeze through this mix of adventure and fright in the latest installment of the ongoing spooktacular in this episode of the CINEMASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE!!!

It’s week 4 of the Spooktacular and we’re off to not-so-sunny Seattle in search of a killer VHS tape! For those of you unfamiliar with VHS, it’s how we watched movies back in the day. But a movie that kills you in 7 days is not for the faint of heart. In this installment our Cinemasters are taking on the 2002 US iteration of The Ring. Ron and Adam will introduce you to Rachel, Noah, and Aidan, the second creepiest kid in this movie, as we press on with another frightening feature. Just to be safe you’d better make a copy of this podcast and share it with a friend.
