Cinematic Anarchy

For Midweek Movie Madness Chris tosses another gem from the Troma cinematic universe at Zeph, and guess what, Zeph liked it. Then  we jump down the Pitchstorm rabbit hole for another convoluted round of movie making merriment. 

This week the whole gangs here with Zeph finally joining as on the regular cast again. We dive into a disjointed discussion on Repo the Genetic Opera which devolves into a discussion of good vs bad oral sex hygiene. Then Miss Honey discusses Cop drug testing and the prison strip search of an eight year old. Then we end with an all over the place version of our weekly Pitchstorm.

This week on cinematic anarchy we are joined by our guest speaker Alex to discuss “The Fuzz”, a movie where Jim Henson meets Scarface with love, betrayal, sex, drugs, and nonstop action. In this week’s tea, Honey touches on a Catholic school’s decision to force students to take mandatory drug tests. Then we wrap it up with some more pitchstorm fun.

Zeff is back in fine for discussing The New Guy with the old Guy Chris. Then the fellas hit the pitch storm to pitch a horrible romantic comedy  where Harry Potter nerd chef battles The Smoke Monster to keep their jobs. 

On this weeks Cinematic Anarchy we discuss Turbo Kid a 2015 Canadian action-adventure comedy superhero film.  The film follows the adventures of The Kid, a teenage comic book fan turned superhero in the "Wastelands", an alternate 1997 Earth where water is scarce. He teams up with a mysterious girl named Apple and an arm-wrestling cowboy named Frederic to stop the tyrannical warlord Zeus. And then,This week, Honey spills the tea on Trump’s first impeachment hearing,  then we’re briefly touching on the recent emergence of the plague in China. (yes, THE plague) Then we wrap this weeks episode up with another dive into the pitch storm deck to cobble together another insane film idea. One that will probably never see the light of day. So settle in over Sunday coffee for a little bit of our overly chaotic live stream. Starting around ten thirty a.m.  Or listen to us on iTunes, Spotify, breaker, stitcher, and many other podcasting apps.

In this weeks episode we discuss the 2010 Horror/Fantasy feature "Rubber", then we apprehensively discuss Ti's daddy issues and Kanye's quest for Christianity and the presidency. then Mr. Omar discuss the Ironman 2 soundtrack before we take it off the rails for an incoherent pitchfest.

This week, Chris and Høney review “Special Unit” starring Christopher Titus and Billy Gardell, a cop comedy where the LAPD is required to hire 4 disabled undercover officers & their training officer is the worst cop in LA. In Teatime with Honey, we’re discussing the recent block on the Alabama abortion ban by the ALCU, the new rules issued by the White House allowing foster/adoption agencies to deny placement into LGBT homes, and an Arizona elected politician who has been running a “Handmaid’s Tale” style baby mill. Tune in and get your popcorn folks, this is a good one.
