In the world of cinema, there have been a few occasions where a film has been both reviled and heralded…regarded as disgusting, horrific, unwatchable and also as a masterpiece, a must see, and a work of art. Very few films have had the wide range of these polarizing opinions more than one. The topic of this episode, 2002's Gaspar Noé’s brutal, unflinching French revenge thriller, Irreversible.
