Laconia Seymour took first place at his first physique competition at age 38. His journey to that point required him to make purposeful choices in the face of tragedy and adversity.

As a young adult, Sharon Maruca Kingerski put time into learning the family business.  When she decided to branch off on her own she used her wedding money to open up her first business in competition with her family. 

Eventually, she had her own family and ended up becoming an owner of three businesses, but her love from the time she put in learning the family business was still her first love.
