He Understands!

God took on flesh and lived amongst us. He was hungry like us, he got tired like we do, he slept, just like us.

He is not indifferent to our struggles as humans, he understands.

Because Jesus came as a man and died for us, he made us just like him.

The deepest revelation of what Jesus did is found in it’s application and effect in our lives.

He paid the price that we could never pay and he gave us his spirit.

Because Jesus lives, we have a living hope.

So dear believer, the next time you think of the sacrifice of Jesus, remember that he did it all for you.

God has standards and many times those standards are not the standards of men.

At the core of the operation of the spirit is the believers love walk.

As believers, your love walk is not expressed primarily in giving to the poor.

The believers love walk begins from the Bible.

At the core of the operation of the spirit is the love factor. God designed the gifts of the spirit to work in accordance with love.

As a Christian your love for God is expressed in the belief of the gospel. Your love walk is in the gospel.

True love is shown in the preaching of the gospel.

Our actions of good as Christians should come from a place of understanding God's actions of good towards us.

Learn to brag about God's love for you.

It is in appreciating God's love for you that you can give it to others.

One of the marks of spiritual growth is spiritual intelligence.

There are improper ways to be discerning and one of such would be to always expect the supernatural to be spectacular. Most often than not, you'd miss the supernatural if you only chase the spectacular.

Rather, in discernment, let the word of God guide you. Let it be the light on your path.

As believers, we are to evaluate every experience through the lens of God's word.

The question on our heart should always be

'Does this align with what the word of God says?'

To do this, we would have to be good bible students.

With a vibrant prayer life and a healthy bible study culture, we can grow in discernment

Make a commitment to give yourself to bible study this week.

And by all means, stay prayed up!

God does not need principles to bless you. After all, he causes the sun to shine on believers and unbelievers alike.

God is a giving God and if He could give you his son, there is nothing He would hold back from you. God cares about your well-being and He wants you to prosper. He is moved by your tears, what kind of a father will not?

The only principles that should drive your prayers is the love and relationship you share with God.

You may ask then,

"How long should I pray?"

Pray till you see the answers to your prayers.

It may take some time, but think of it like pap, you just need a little more hot water for it to form perfectly.

Don't give up stirring till it's formed.

Pray till you see the answers to your prayer.

Prayer and the Sovereignty of God

Synchronicity is the simultaneous occurrence of events which appear significantly related but have no discernible casual connection.

All this spri spri simply means a group of coincidences that don't look like they are connected but, in the end, you realize that they are actually connected.

This is exactly how God works in our lives and most times we don't even know it.

God's plan is that all men be saved.

God's personal will for you is seen through the lens of the salvation plan.

It's okay to pray for your needs but when exactly are you going to become conscious of the things that God is conscious about?
