How to let go of relationships that do not serve your highest good.

We are in Chapter 18 and our discussion of relationships.  How to walk away from relationships with loving detachment.  How to break our addictions to relationships.  This is a powerful lesson on our journey in ascension.

Recognizing that our bodies are the vehicles for our ascension into higher levels of existence, we must perceive our physical form as one that transcends physicality.  All of it is energy.

We continue our discussion on the lifestyle and diet required as we ascend into higher vibrations.
