Sammy Rodriguez preaches on love in action and commissions us as laborers into the harvest. He emphasizes Matthew 9:35-38 to encourage us that there has never been a lack of harvest, there is just a need for people willing to say yes to loving the lost. We are reminded that it is through the way we love those around us, that people will come to know God. Sammy shares the story of the woman at the well to inspire us that even when Jesus was tired he loved the person in front of him.

Derek, Yasmin, Sydney and Hope talk about being zealous for good works based on a passage out of Titus 2. They focus on the provoking example of the Clapham Sect, a community of men and women believers most known for William Wilberforce and the fight to abolish slavery in England and the UK. It was their deep friendship with Jesus and commitment to each other that led this group of believers to rise up as advocates for reform, and change the world.

Brian Barcelona addresses our personal feelings in relationship to the Gospel. He makes it clear that feelings are a gauge, not a guide and that while God made our emotions, He never intended us to be lead by them. Brian speaks about how feelings that mature into faith become foundation stones but immature feelings can be stumbling blocks. A solid foundation and lasting relationship with God must be based on faith because the Bible emphasizes that It is impossible to please God without faith.

Derek Mack preaches on the importance of God being our first love and that everything in our Christian walk should be from the overflow of that love. We are challenged to keep our ears open to what Jesus wants to say to us today. Stressing that the First and Second Commandment carry equal weight, Derek inspires us with the revelation that radically living for Jesus simply means loving Him so much that everyone knows about it.

Their conversation dives into the inspiring life of Kathryn Kuhlman, a wild revivalist who saw many people miraculously healed by the Holy Spirit. We are provoked by her sacrificial love, daily surrender and costly obedience.

Brian and Christy continue the series on dating and marriage by talking about important preparation for relationships. We learn about the power of agreement, joyful forgiveness and continually getting rid of pride in our lives. We are challenged to seek the Lord above any other relationship and to make sure our love for the word, worship and Jesus line up with who we are dating. Brian Barcelona preaches about how our words have more power than we often give them credit for and that we are God's mouthpieces. We are reminded that since we were created in the image of God, our words have the ability to bring life or death to every day situations. Somebody contemplating suicide could experience the storm-calming peace of God through our choice to speak life. Since our words have this weight of earthly and eternal effects, we are urged to tame our tongues. It is hard for people to see the heart of God, if our words don't carry His purity and truth.

Andy Byrd talks about how in times of "shaking" its more important to have vision than stability. He highlights the need to empty our hands of any preconceived notions we have for the future in order to allow God to pour out what he has for us. We are challenged to let go of our desire for comfort and to intercede in persevering prayer for breakthrough.
