When we give, we are literally sowing into the Kingdom of God. The beauty of Heart for the House Sunday is that we can look back over years of taking up this annual offering and see how God has propelled ministry forward through a variety of projects and endeavors. Today we look to the future in faith knowing God will again exceed our expectations.

This week Pastors Dustin and Mandy brought an incredible word of what it means to have the kingdom mentality and to be in partnership with God, Citizen Church, and the Church at large.

Today at Citizen, Pastor Brandon Woodward of Union City Church in Washington, DC (an incredible church planted out of Citizen) teaches on the importance of Christians living their lives differently, to be set apart from the things of the world. Reminding us that to be set a part we must cling to Christ in everything we do.

Pastor Dustin spoke on how important forgiveness is within our walk with Christ. Forgiveness is one of the main ways we are able to release bitterness, build a strong community within the church, and have an intimate relationship with God.
