A citizen is defined as “a member of a state or nation, especially one with a republican form of government, who owes allegiance to it by birth or naturalization and is entitled to full civil rights.” If we are called to be citizen’s of the Kingdom of God, then what does it mean to owe allegiance to it? What does allegiance to the Kingdom of God look like in the everyday ordinary spaces of life? And where in the Scriptures can we find what it means to be a citizen of the Kingdom of God.
In week 16 of our citizen sermon series we look at Matthew 7:13-14 and talk about the narrow gate vs. the wide gate.
