Everything’s there, from waiting in the rain to the beeps of the compass cards to the driver coming over the intercom to remind people to step away from the doors. Roll up that deli meat like a cigar and suck the juices out of each one inch piece before you bite it off. In between segments, clear your palette with some of the bread.
