The Thunderbird eye is a half hour show on CiTR 101.9 FM, bringing you all the latest sports news, recaps, and stats from the UBC Thunderbirds. The football team comes away with their fifth win against the Saskatchewan Huskies (41-36), varsity soccer heads into a playoff drive and Women's and Men's Ice Hockey played against the Manitoba Bisons.

This week we recap the Hockey and Soccer teams in the first and second segment respectively, and in the third segment, we talk about the Men's Rugby team and the Women's field hockey team.

Jason Wang and Olamide Olaniyan talk UBC Football, as theT-Birds took down the Alberta golden bears on the road during the weekend (39-21). The Women's soccer team beat the Regina Cougars (3-0) and the Saskatchewan Huskies (4-1). Men's Soccer played at Prince George for back to back games against the Timberwolves (2-0). Women's Ice Hockey fell in both games to the Lethbridge Pronghorns (2-4) & ( 0-1) .

Olamide Olaniyan and Jason Wang talk about week 4 for UBC Thunderbirds Football, in which they fell to the Saskatchewan Huskies 29-45 and the return of rusher Brandon Deschamps from injury. Then they go over the Soccer teams, as the women's beat sister school UBC Okanagan Heat (2-1) in Kelowna and Thompson Rivers University Wolfpack (4-0) in Kamloops. They also prep the fans for Men's Basketball and Women's Ice Hockey seasons as well as update on UBC Women's Rugby and Field Hockey.
