Let’s look at the Christmas story! Jesus is a Gift of: New Life, Hope, Joy, and Strength.

The Christmas story reveals Jesus as God with us. He loves us, understands us, redeems us, and provides a new life with purpose.

In transition from 30 years of a nearly normal life, Jesus exercised faith while stepping into a purposed public life…with us in mind.

Jesus said, “I am among you as one who serves.” How well do we know Jesus? Let’s look at stories from Luke 9:10-17; 46-48; 14:1-14; 22:20-27.

Luke 22 – 23 gives us a look at the Last Supper and Jesus on the cross. Let’s talk about what this forgiveness means.

You are God’s masterpiece. Ephesians 2:8-10 inspires us to ask God for the one thing He’s working on. Let’s put off the old and put on the new.

From Ephesians 4 we see that “taking off the old and putting on the new” is crucial to our fresh start. Last week we saw that letting go is essential. Hebrews 12 shows us that keeping our eyes on Jesus is the “how”.
