San Diego Police are investigating a homicide that happened on the 4200 block of University Avenue in City Heights. A small plane crashed in  Fallbrook when the planes engine failed. The Padres are headed to the postseason for a second year straight after winning the Milwaukee Brewers Tuesday night.
