This academic year we’re taking a closer look at our values as a community. There are clearly many things that we value as individuals and a church, but for clarity we’ve landed on 3 core values that we’re digging into over the whole year. Last term we were looking at ‘relationships,’ how we relate to each other. This term we’re looking at the value of ‘engagement’.

This month we're taking a look at another aspect of 'relationships' - builing up. How do we journey with each other and create a culture of encouragement and love, actively looking to build each other up.

This month we're taking a look at the value of equailty. Realising we are all equal forms the foundation for loving each other and those around us. Esther kicks the month off with her thoughts on the topic.
