City of Stirling admits E-scooter shortfall
City of Stirling mayor Mark Irwin said he had been in contact with an elderly resident Richard Pennington who was hit by a rider on one of the scooters the City is trialling.
He told Liam Bartlett on 6PR Mornings the company behind the trial, Neuron, said it would touch base with the elderly resident regarding insurance and other issues.
