  • Giving Your Best
This is Week 2 of our series The Best Christmas Ever. Tis the Season… the season for Christmas trees, traditions, and gifts… but it’s also the season for traffic jams, awkward family get-togethers, and sugar-crazed children, and the real life emotions of loss, grief, depression, anxiety, stress etc. that steals our joy. Pastor Soy challenges us amongst the business of the season to bring our best, not lose focus, chose to worship and experience Jesus at Christmas.

  • Endless Opportunities
We are one of the most influential groups in the entire world… the same power that raised Jesus… in us, in his church…We have Endless Opportunities available to us as the church to further the Good News of Jesus. Pastor Jack challenges us to not be spectators but participators in the Church.

  • Danger of The Drift
There is a danger when we become a insider focused movement, as apposed to an outsider focused movement. The Early Church dealt with this in Acts dealing with Jewish Law and what people have to do to be saved. Pastor Jack deals with the danger in current day of not keeping Jesus at the center, and having too much focus on the non-essentials.

  • Jesus Changes Everything
The message of Jesus is powerful, the message of Jesus is proclaimed by the least likely and the message of Jesus is for everybody… not just a select group like it was once thought, Jesus came and died for everyone. Saul persecuted then he was changed by Jesus, and then Paul preached the gospel. God has changed us and we have been invited to share the story of Jesus and how that story has impacted our lives
    Pastor Troy Mangram

  • Great Boldness
This movement was unsettling to the status quo. Resistance to the movement… people were missing what God was doing because it threatened their control and it didn’t match their paradigm. In response to resistance that could negatively affect livelihoods, reputations, even lives, the early Christians prayed . . . not for protection . . . not for the resistance to go away… instead they prayed for boldness.

  • Just Getting Started
Something happened that launched this movement known as the church. The foundation of what we believe is something that happened, not something that was simply taught a long time ago. The church is a movement, and it’s been an unstoppable force for over 2000 years… The church is a people, not a building.
