One of our Elders, Darren Western, starts off our new series on the essentials of discipleship where we will be focussing on the Great Commission of Jesus to Go and make disciples. When we see the necessity to go as Jesus did, and baptise, and teach, we will begin to enter God's plan to change the world, one person at a time! We are beginning with asking the question, how can I become a disciple? We must be born again.

Peter Budimir begins our new series on Ezra-Nehemiah, overviewing chapters 1-3 of Ezra and giving us the history of God's people that had lead them to be in the position they are the city and temple being in the condition they were. God is moving the hearts of kings to do his purposes, and his people can have hope that even in the worst of situations, God is worthy of our trust and obedience. 

Darren Western continues our strange Christmas gifts this week, looking at Mark's account of Jesus' arrival and the power of the Spirit. 

Luke Watts leads us in another of the "strange" gifts of Christmas. When Jesus came, peace came, but not peace like the world gives! Real peace is the gift God gives to those who believe in His Son as Saviour and Lord.
