This CitySpeak podcast looks at the current fiscal crisis and its impact on municipal employees. By looking at where we've been the last 7 recessions, and where we're at today under COVID-19, we can take informed, proactive steps to succeed where we're going in our jobs next year and beyond.

These are stressful times, and they may get worse, but just like Sully Sullenberger did in 2009, we want to "keep flying the plane", cool, calm, and collected, to ensure we all succeed. Many people in our community are counting on us.
