Civic Media Spotlight (Hour 1)

To kick off this amazing show spotlight, we have the Matenaer on Air show! In this weeks show, Jane and Greg are joined by the Lisa Schiller from the Better Business Bureau to discuss the latest scam targeted at people applying for or renewing their passport. Lisa breaks down what to look for in order to protect your money and personal information!

On the Mornings with Pat Kreitlow show, Pat explains how the same Republicans who criticize red tape as an impediment to business sure know how to use red tape when it comes to making things like Medicaid and childcare assistance harder to access! You go Pat!

The Maggie Dawn show is no slouch as Maggie comes in hot talking with Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway. Satya joins Maggie to discuss how state and federal budget decisions affect local communities, from housing to shared revenue. Mayor Rhodes-Conway also urges us all to get involved and help shape a more equitable future.

On the final show of the first hour of the Civic Media Spotlight, we meet up with Todd from the Todd Allbaugh Show. Todd has been pretty hard on Governor Evers as of late, but he is more than willing to give credit where credit is due. When it comes to advocating for childcare, Evers has been willing to step up to the plate and play hardball during this biennial budget cycle. Todd explains and applauds the Governor's efforts.
