In this episode, we met with Jameela Nawaz, from the United Kingdom, who is a Degree Apprentice studying Civil Engineering. She recently passed her EngTech with the ICE and is working through her degree and IEng attributes to reach her endpoint assessment to pass and become an Incorporated Engineer. She started Civil Engineering in 2015, and has worked on various projects in the UK, mainly Highways Transportation. Currently, she is helping using Computer-Aided Design producing drawing packages working towards learning more about making and applying design decisions and having greater involvement in design work. After graduating from University, she will finish off hitting her attributes and apply for her IEng through the endpoint assessment. Abdulrahman Atif & Ghanim Kashwani are close friend since college days. They like to discuss and talk about a lot of things from Engineering to mindset, wellbeing, and mental health issue.

In this episode, we interviewed Mark Crossfield who is an Accredited Career Coach passionate about helping you to love your job and build a great career at whatever stage and whatever age.

As a Chartered Manager and Chartered Civil Engineer, Mark worked in local government for 28 years, most of that time as a Service Manager leading an operational workforce of 60 staff and using staff coaching as an instrument for change. 

Personal and professional development has always been a passion for Mark, as has coaching people and supporting them to achieve their best. 

Having qualified as a coach and an NLP Master Practitioner earlier in his career, Mark now supports people in their professional journey and helps them to live their best lives at work.

In This Episode, we In interviewed Eugenia Lin, PE, LEED AP BD+C, Env SP.  Civil Engineer located in Los Angeles, California.  Currently, a Project Manager at Metropolitan Water District—the largest treated water supplier in the United States, managing multiple capital improvement projects.  Part-time Instructor at California State University Los Angeles, teaching an upper-division engineering design class.  Founder of the Society of Women Engineer chapter at LA Department of Water and Power in 2017.  Since then been devoted to advocating for the diversity and inclusion of women and underrepresented groups in the engineering industry.
