National Post Columnist Kelly McParland says Canada lacks the leadership, judgement, and nerve to have a grown-up conversation about oil and our climate, and it's left Canada buying our oil from Saudi Arabia while being unable to move our own oil to tidewater. He says politics has left us without pipelines, even though shipping crude by rail is worse for the environment and more dangerous, and we need to be realistic about the solutions. McParland joins Gormley now to discuss the need for a realistic, adult conversation about our petroleum and environmental policies in Canada.
