Saskatchewan's Justice Minister and Attorney General Don Morgan met with his counterparts from Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, and Ontario this week to discuss their fight against the federal carbon tax, which was appealed to the Supreme Court of Canada after the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal ruled the tax was constitutional. Morgan says the other attorneys general are working hard on their own provincial challenges and supporting Saskatchewan's appeal to Canada's highest court. Morgan told reporters the province has spent "hundreds of thousands" on legal costs associated with the constitutional challenge, and he joins John now to discuss the next steps in the process and the support we're receiving from other provinces.
