An event raising money and awareness for prostate cancer is now in its fifth year. "Plaid for Dad" is designed as an accessible program in workplaces encouraging employees to wear plaid on June 14, the Friday before Father's Day, in order to raise awareness about the 1 in 7 Canadian men who will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. Robin Speer, Saskatchewan volunteer chair with Prostate Cancer Canada, joins John to discuss the event and why all men should be aware of the risks of prostate cancer.
