A 40-year-old Chatham man is facing child luring charges after he allegedly tried to get a teenage girl to send him explicit images, a decision from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice will affect how cities across the province handle homelessness encampments, and a state funeral will be held this morning for the 28th Lieutenant Governor of Ontario.
