TSN hockey insider Darren Dreger says that the NHL continues to focus on a January 1st start date for next season. Dreger wonders if the league can't get off the ground by that date, if the least amount of games they would play in a season would be 48 games.

Wally says when it came to putting pen to paper to sell the Lions, Wally doesn’t believe David could sign those papers.

Former Oiler Jason Strudwick joins Matt & Blake to remember his friend Joey Moss & the fact he touched so many people’s lives. Jason says players would come & go but Joey was always the constant fixture in both the Oilers & Edmonton Football Club locker rooms.

Arash Markazi, host of "The Arash Markazi Show” on The Mightier 1090, says he’s not a big fan of the pitching match-up for the Dodgers in Game 6 as he can’t imagine Tony Gonsolin going deep. Arash does say if the Dodgers close it out tonight, it will be because of their bats & putting runs on the board.

TSN1040’s Colin Miller says he expects a few starting line-up changes for the Whitecaps against the Sounders because of the quick turnaround from Saturday’s game. Colin expects a cagey affair against the Sounders but the Caps have to remain disciplined.
