TSN hockey insider Darren Dreger says that the NHL wants to implement its phase 2 plan to get teams into hub cities, but Dreger says that this can't happen until every market is on the same page.

TSN legal analyst Eric Macramalla says the last thing the NHL wants to do it get sued which is why it's a logistical & legal minefield when it comes to returning to play. Eric says the NHL can't force players into a 'bubble city' or to play in a pandemic. Eric says if the NHL is to go forward, it would be more beneficial to do so in Canada because the US is a lot more litigious.

TSN hockey insider Ray Ferraro says that he's never liked the idea of the NHL holding its entry draft in June, and that there are too many factors to figure out if they do choose to hold the draft then. Ray also says that the players will need a 2-3 week training camp before the season resumes if the league expects to finish off the 2019-20 this year.
