NHL insider Pierre LeBrun says that if the NHL were to host a draft in June before the season is completed, that it has been discussed that the lottery and order would be determined by points percentage.

Seahawks insider Gregg Bell says that the 'Hawks are looking for a pass rusher in the draft and that the team feels that by the time they draft in the first round at 27th overall, that the top pass rushers in the draft will be off the board and that's why they'll trade down again. Bell also said that he feels that Jadeveon Clowney won't get the $20 million dollar contract he's looking for this late into free agency, and that is a good thing for the Seahawks who still hope to resign him.

NFL Draft prospect Chase Claypool from Abbotsford says that despite playing receiver at Notre Dame and throughout high school, he doesn't care if he's moved to tight end or has to play special teams, that he just wants to play in the NFL and will play wherever they decide to place him.

Former NFL quarterback and host of the Bleav in the Pac-12 Football podcast Ryan Leaf says that he feels that Joe Burrow is the best QB available at the NFL Draft, but Justin Herbert from Oregon has the most upside and is as ready as it comes for the NFL. Leaf went on to say that he feels that Tua Tagovailoa will struggle at the next level, and that being a left handed pivot doesn't bode well in the league.
