As humans, we tend all to often to claim our failures as being the fault each of our own; at the same time, we auction off the claim to our successes to whichever highest bidder happens to be in the vicinity. In this episode, we talk all about success and failure and their causes, even reaching the point where we realize- and go into depth discussing- that we should probably be claiming our successes as our own, and not clinging too hard to our failures other than to learn from them for the future.
