About Clair Hoover: Clair is a business owner specializing in commercial real estate acquisition and management and has a calling to challenge and encourage men as Christ followers.   Clair is an honors graduate of Millersville University with degrees in Accounting and Computer Science. He spent 13 years in the corporate world finishing out his time as the Chief Information Office for a National Cooperative.

Clair’s current focus is building commercial real estate investment and management companies   Clair serves on the board of directors for the Pennsylvania Self-Storage Association and is an experienced investor in Self-Storage, mobile home parks, car washes, laundromats, and residential housing.

Clair has a passion for encouraging men at all points in their journey to become all God designed them to be.   For the past 14 years, he has led the Men’s Ministry Leadership team at his home church where he has had the opportunity to minister to and encourage over 14,000 men.  Clair also recently served as the Executive Director for the National Coalition of Ministries to Men.

Clair and his bride Bonnie have been married 36 years.  They reside in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and have two sons, two daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren.
