In tonight's episode, we will be digging into the emergence, growth, and evolution of civil disturbance protocols and continuity of government planning. Tracing the path from the civil rights movement in the 60's, giving rise to Lantern Spike/COINTELPRO/early Garden Plot infrastructure, through REX-84 during the Reagan/Bush years, enactment during Hurricane Katrina, and taking it all the way through the most recent NSPM-7 issued in 2025.

This is an epic journey in civil disobedience planning that shows how we have progressed to the digital panopticon that we now see ourselves facing down, and what meaningful ways we have to resist it. I didn't mention it in the episode because I suppose I just assumed if you listen to the show, then you probably already know it is the first move, but calling, writing, and pressuring your senators and congress to not pass any further 4th Amendment-destroying legislation is always the first move. Although it seems that this has less and less power these days, and corporations, lobby groups, and the oligarchs will always outweigh our opinions, we still have to try to grab any of the levers of power that are still remotely within our reach.

In this interview episode, I'm sitting down with Reverend Pam Conboy from Setas Seminary out of Reno, Nevada. With a background in biology, Pam was trained as a clinical laboratorian and is currently a doctoral student in naturopathic medicine. She is an IIN-certified health coach, trained psychedelic facilitator, medical marketing/business development entrepreneur, and ordained minister. She is the co-founder and CEO of Setas Seminary, which catalyzes the conscious integration of physical and psychological wellness by facilitating unification with the universal spiritual intelligence, aided by natural healing sacraments. They believe in using psilocybin, the psychoactive element found in Psilocybe Cubensis "magic" mushrooms, as a sort of holy sacrament for whole health wellness, and drawing closer to the divine consciousness. **SEE UPDATE BELOW**

Topics discussed in this interview include: her background, Setas' methodology and what they offer, the pathways through which psilocybin interacts with the mind and body and the outcomes it can produce when used with intention, what a ceremony looks like at Setas, psilocybin's potential as a breakthrough therapy for generalized and treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, anxiety, and more.

I greatly enjoyed this conversation, and I really hope that you will as well. I really can't say enough good things about Pam and the work they are doing at Setas. I have long been a vocal advocate for psilocybin's potential as a powerful breakthrough therapy for many mental health troubles and physical well-being in general, so it was very exciting to speak with someone who has seen the impact that this sacred medicine can have up close in many lives.

This was actually the 1st in this conversation series that I recorded after a multi-year break from conducting true on-camera interviews (so please overlook any initial awkwardness).

**UPDATE** 3 days before this episode was scheduled to debut I reached out to send a media kit to Rev. Conboy only to find out that she has since parted ways with Setas Seminary. She says she still supports their mission but has decided to go her own way and work on new projects. She will continue to lead Setasbotanicals.com and is working on a project titled Conscious Concierge that will be an educational and vetted resource directory for wellness and therapeutic support. She is also looking to launch a new church in a similar vein to Setas, Sacred Sanctuary, which will be more focused on assisting individuals challenged with trauma (PTSD Veterans, first responders, etc) The church will incorporate RFRA-protected micro/macro services along with highly trained therapeutic support. In tonight's episode of Behind the Radio, we will be getting into some details that weren't included in the Epstein series; call it an addendum of sorts. In this, our final chapter of our deep-dive investigative series on Epstein: The Reckoning , the case is no longer about rumors, spectacle, or the mythmaking that followed Epstein's death.
