In this episode I am delighted to be joined by Clare Beresford. Clare and I both love speaking on psychology and all things people and culture. As such, it was a joy to discuss what is good culture, learning more about the work that is happening in the 30% club for DEI especially seeking gender parity and encouraging minority groups to shine. We also discussed how to thrive in a professional setting, but also dispel that its ok, to just be ok, and enforce boundaries (whether you work in law or otherwise)! There is room for all professions to thrive and we must make it our mission to welcome all to take some responsibility. This will have a profound impact on morale and wellbeing, as well as aiding in productivity. We also discuss what does good leadership look like, what is the difference between mentorship and sponsorship as well as how you can find your champions.
If anyone feels inspired and would like to reach out to Clare or a member of her team to support with any recruitment conversations, please feel free to email her on: [email protected]
