Every person once in his or her lifetime faces difficulty in their career in some or the other way. Everyone goes through this phase and finds it difficult to think about the future and the next call to action. But if you have a mentor in your life, he or she can provide you with the solution.  

A mentor is someone who can guide you in your career. Give you advice and provide you with the direction when needed. With the help of a mentor, your career graph can grow exponentially.  

There are two types of mindset involved in a process, one is built, and the other is a buyer's mindset. Build mindset always prefers building things instead of buying. At the same time, the buying mindset prefers buying instead of investing time in building design, process, and technology.  

No one is wrong or right; you can choose any approach depending upon resource availability, expertise in the matter, and the monetary budget available. But having a mix of both types of people in a team can be one of the best approaches and help you succeed.
