Mark Keil had an enormous success on the tennis court, especially in doubles. He won five ATP titles and played at prestigious tournaments- Wimbledon, Australian Open, and US Open, and beating major names along the way.
Despite his success, Mark admits he often found himself trying to prove that he was good enough, compared to his older sister who was a tennis phenom herself, and his father, a highly esteemed professor who just happens to have an asteroid named after him. His mom pushed him to be disciplined and instilled a work ethic that helped him get to where he found himself on the tennis circuit.
His achievements are something many tennis players dream of and few obtain, but after listening to this interview you might ask yourself, "Was it worth it at the end?"
