Are you struggling to attract clients even though you’ve put in the work to build your online business?
You’ve created your offer, built your website, and started showing up online. But the right clients still aren’t finding you, and you’re wondering what you’re missing.
If you’re tired of waiting for potential clients to discover your business, it’s time to be more intentional about how you’re attracting them.
In today’s episode of Clarity That Sells, I’m sharing a simple, three-step client attraction strategy to help you get clear on the problem you solve, create content that speaks directly to your ideal clients, and give people a reason to take the next step toward working with you.
We’ll talk about how to position your business so the right people recognize your expertise, why answering your ideal clients’ questions is one of the most useful ways to build trust, and how to confidently promote your services without feeling pushy.
And because we’re building God-centered businesses, we’ll also look at what Matthew 5:14–16 teaches us about being visible while keeping our motives and priorities in the right place.
My prayer is that this episode helps you approach client attraction with more confidence, a practical strategy, and a renewed commitment to serving the people God has called you to serve.

You can spend years developing your skills, gaining experience, and helping other people solve problems, yet the moment you decide to start a business, suddenly you’re questioning whether you’re qualified to do it.
And before long, you’re signing up for another course, researching another certification, or putting off opportunities because you don’t feel ready.
But how do you know when you genuinely need more preparation and when you’re allowing fear to hold you back?
In today’s episode of Clarity That Sells, we’re talking about godly confidence and what Scripture teaches us about trusting God when we feel inadequate. We’ll look at Moses’ response when God called him to lead the Israelites, what it means to build confidence through obedience and experience, and why developing your skills is an important part of preparing for the work God has placed in your hands.
You’ll also walk away with three practical questions to help you identify what’s holding you back, recognize where you need to grow, and take your next step with confidence.
My prayer is that this episode encourages you to trust God, recognize the value of what He’s already equipped you to do, and become a better steward of the gifts and opportunities He’s given you.

Does running your online business feel harder than it should?
Are you constantly trying to keep track of clients, content, deadlines, and everything else on your to-do list?
Do you feel like you’re spending more time managing your business than actually growing it?
When you’re building an online business alongside work, family, ministry, and everything else life brings, staying organized can be a challenge. And without simple business systems in place, even everyday responsibilities can start taking more time and energy than they should.
In today’s episode of Clarity That Sells, we’re talking about four areas of your business that need a little structure. From managing your tasks and creating a better client experience to organizing your content and keeping track of your finances, I’ll walk you through practical ways to get organized without adding more work to your schedule.
We’ll also talk about why having the right business tools doesn’t automatically mean you have good systems, and how to start building processes that actually work for you.
My prayer is that this episode helps you become a better steward of your time, serve your clients well, and build a business that supports the work God has called you to do.

Do people already come to you for advice? Do you know you’re good at what you do, but wonder if that means you’d actually be good at coaching it? Do you know God is calling you to coaching, but you’re not quite sure what you’re signing up for?
There’s a lot more to coaching than getting on Zoom and telling somebody what you think they should do. You have to know how to listen, ask good questions, challenge people when necessary, and help your clients move forward without expecting them to do everything exactly the way you did it.
And if you want coaching to become a business, being a good coach is only part of the job. You also need to understand the difference between coaching and consulting, know how to lead a productive coaching session, create simple systems for your clients, and learn how to market, sell, manage your money, and run your online business. Whew!
My prayer is that this episode helps you understand what coaching actually requires so you can prayerfully decide whether this is the business God is calling you to build.
If coaching is something God has been calling you to and you want help figuring out what that business could actually look like, I’d love to work with you through 1:1 coaching.
We’ll look at what you’re good at, who you’re called to serve, what your coaching offer could look like, and how to start building the business around it. Learn more about 1:1 coaching at lenoreboles.com/coaching.

Does running your business ever feel like everything depends on you?
You’re thinking about clients, money, growth, what to do next, and whether you’re making the right decisions. Somewhere along the way, being a responsible business owner can turn into trying to control every outcome.
As a Christian entrepreneur, your faith should shape how you handle those moments.
In this episode of Clarity That Sells, we’re talking about how to find clarity when your business feels heavy, make wise business decisions with God, and recognize the difference between stewardship and control.
We’ll talk about bringing Jesus into the way you run your business before you’ve already made the decision, creating room to seek God when you’re unsure what to do, and moving forward without knowing exactly how everything will turn out.
You’ll also get a simple exercise to help you separate what’s actually yours to do from the outcomes you’ve been trying to control.
My prayer is that this episode helps you find clarity, make decisions with greater confidence, and trust God with the parts of your business that were never yours to carry.

Being a Christian who owns a business and building a business with God at the center aren’t automatically the same thing. It goes beyond putting a Bible verse in your bio, praying before a launch, or making explicitly Christian content.
Your faith should influence the way you actually do business.
In this episode of Clarity That Sells, we’re talking about what it looks like to seek God in your business decisions, develop a consistent prayer life, use the wisdom He has given you, and allow your Christian faith to shape the way you market, sell, handle money, serve customers, and navigate difficult situations.
We’ll also talk about the balance between seeking God’s direction and actually doing the work. Building a God-centered business doesn’t mean waiting for God to make every ordinary business decision for you. Sometimes He gives you wisdom and expects you to use it.
And whether you’re a coach, service provider, lawyer, salon owner, or another type of entrepreneur, your business doesn’t have to be explicitly Christian for your faith to influence the way you operate.
A God-centered business isn’t defined by how often you talk about God. It’s revealed in how you build.
My prayer is that this episode helps you grow a profitable business that reflects your faith, serves people well, and keeps God at the center of everything you’re building.

Are you making money in your business but still wondering where it all went?
A great month can feel like you finally have some breathing room. More clients come in, sales are up, and your income is growing. Then a slower month hits and suddenly you’re wondering how the money disappeared so quickly.
Making more money can absolutely help your business. But if there’s no plan for what happens after the money comes in, more income may not solve the problem you think it will.
In this episode of Clarity That Sells, we’re going to Genesis 41 to look at what Joseph understood about money management long before any of us were running a business. There’s a reason Egypt was prepared when the famine came, and the way Joseph handled the years of abundance has a lot to teach us about managing the resources God has placed in our hands.
If you’re an entrepreneur trying to grow a profitable business, navigate inconsistent income, or simply become a better steward of what you’re earning, you’ll want to hear this one.
My prayer is that this episode helps you think differently about the money coming into your business and manage it with wisdom in every season.

Do you have more business ideas than you have time to build? Do you keep bouncing between ideas because they all seem like they could work? Are you struggling to figure out which one actually deserves your attention right now?
Having a lot of ideas isn’t the problem. The problem is trying to build all of them at once.
In this episode, I’m walking you through a practical step-by-step plan to help you find clarity, decide what to focus on next, and stay consistent long enough to make real progress. I’m also sharing the simple framework I use to evaluate ideas before I give them my time, money, or attention.
If you’ve been stuck in brainstorming and research mode, constantly changing direction, or wondering which business idea you should pursue first, this episode will help you make a decision and actually move forward.
My prayer is that you stop feeling like every good idea needs your attention right now and learn how to wisely steward the ideas God has given you.

Have you spent so much time trying to get new clients that you haven’t thought about what happens after they buy?
Are you giving your customers a reason to come back, or are you constantly starting over and looking for the next person to sell to?
What if a few simple changes to your customer journey could help you build more trust, create loyal customers, and turn a one-time client into someone who comes back again and again?
We talk a lot about how to attract clients and make the sale, but getting someone to buy is only part of the job. The experience you create around that sale can have a huge impact on whether someone buys from you once or becomes a loyal customer who comes back, refers other people, and tells them how much she loved working with you.
In this episode, I’m sharing seven secrets to creating a customer journey that makes people feel cared for and gives them a reason to keep doing business with you. And you may be surprised by how early that experience actually begins.
We’re also talking about some of the easy-to-miss places where your customer experience can start falling apart, why getting more clients isn’t always the answer to making more money, and how to look at your business from the other side so you can spot what your customers are experiencing that you may not see.
My prayer is that this episode helps you become just as intentional about taking care of the clients you already have as you are about finding the next one.

Are people engaging with your content, sending you DMs, asking about your services, or even booking discovery calls…but somehow they’re still not becoming paying clients?
When you’re getting engagement and interest from your ideal clients but not getting the sales you expected, it’s easy to assume you need more. More followers. More visibility. More content. More leads.
And sometimes getting in front of more potential clients really is the answer.
But if people are already finding your business, asking about your offer, and booking discovery calls, there may be something else keeping that interest from turning into paying customers.
In this episode of Clarity That Sells, we’re talking about the gap between attracting the right clients and actually converting that interest into sales. We’ll look at what the engagement, inquiries, discovery calls, and sales opportunities you’re already getting can tell you about your marketing, your offer, and what may need your attention.
Because slow sales don’t automatically mean you have a visibility problem. And more leads won’t necessarily help if potential clients are already finding you but something is getting lost before they buy.
If you’ve been wondering why your ideal clients aren’t buying, why your discovery calls aren’t converting, or whether you really need more followers and leads to make more money, this episode will help you take a closer look at what’s already happening in your business before you decide what needs to change.

Do you have multiple business ideas, but none of them are making you any money? Are you attracting the wrong clients..or no clients at all? Do you know God has called you to build a business, but you’re struggling to turn that calling into something that actually works?
Maybe you’ve bought another course, tried another strategy, or even started a new business, hoping this one would finally work.
I’m so glad you’re here! This podcast will help you stop guessing and get clear on what you’re building so you can attract the right clients and confidently build the business God has called you to.
Hey there, I’m Lenore! A Jesus lover, recovering perfectionist, and serial “I’ll just try one more thing” entrepreneur.
For years, I chased business ideas for all the wrong reasons. I was trying to prove myself, escape a job that paid well but didn’t fulfill me, and build something successful on my own terms. Every new idea felt like the one…until it wasn’t. I started and stopped more businesses than I can count, and every failure made me wonder if I really had what it takes.
Then I realized I wasn’t building from my calling. I was building from my ego.
Every idea started with “What can I get?” instead of “What is God asking me to give?”
I got honest with God. I got real with myself. And I created a simple, repeatable way to build an online business that aligned with my calling instead of chasing the next shiny opportunity.
Now I’m here to help you do the same.
If you’re ready to stop second-guessing yourself...
