So many people want to know how to stop anxiety and stop anxiety attacks
Theres a misconception out there that people who have it all in life, money, success, career, homes, vacations blah blah blah probably dont have any anxiety issues but this is simply not true.
anxiety disorder is such a common issue in so many peoples lives. its more common than you think.
anxiety and worry are a subconscious activity. it happens on the level below your awareness and transfers itself to your life in an out of control way leaving you feeling totally disoriented and embarrassed.
the thing is this, you have two minds, the unconscious mind and the conscious mind and the conscious mind is what you have control over.
you can use this conscious mind to overcome the feeling and the effects of anxiety by practising some very simple techniques. but ;ike all techniques you need to practice them over and over until they become second nature and then they can be your friend.
practice makes perfect but we humans are really bad at being consistent and consequently we tend to give up well before we actually gain the full benefits.
instead of going into meltdown over an issue you can go into total control mode. when you dod this the control mode becomes your normal response and you will have licked the anxiety issue forever
