Marcello's job is to increase the company's understanding of experimentation and user behavior, learn more about consumers' habits, what they like, what they do, why and how.
Marcello's a neuromarketing expert and junkie as well as a very well-traveled person. Like me, he spent many years living abroad, namely in places like South Africa, Scotland and England.
