In this 75-minute audio yoga class we do a lot of balancing and a little bit of everything else--shoulder-opening, binding, hip-opening, + core strengthening. My hope is that you leave this practice feeling grounded, more balanced, and both re-energized *and* tired (in a good way!). This class is not for beginners; experienced practitioners only (level 2-3 class). Recorded live.​
