In this 1-hour audio yoga class we focus on awakening and energizing the body by opening the spine, heart center, quadriceps, and shoulders. This class is not for beginners; experienced practitioners only. In this 1-hour audio yoga class we focus on balancing + opening the outer hips, building up to an optional peak pose of galavasana, or flying pigeon. This class is not for beginners; experienced practitioners only. In this 1 hour class we focus on twisting--specifically lots of utkatasana twist and high lunge twist variations. We will also work towards reverse koundinyasana for those who feel open enough to play with it, but of course it’s optional. This class is not for beginners; experienced practitioners only (Level 2-3 class). In this 55-minute audio yoga class we focus on twisting, cleansing, and releasing. We work with a number of wider twists, but build up to a tighter twist with an option for side crow (or parsva bakasana) near the end of class. This class is not for beginners; experienced practitioners only (Level 2-3 class).
