Classic Dance Music Mixes

Our mix today moves away from the disco dance floor and into New Wave. I grew up listening to this stuff during the late 80s though I admit that I don't know the music very well.

I actually don't mix this genre at all and this is my first attempt at a New Wave mixtape but I hope you all enjoy anyway.

Sorry I missed releasing a new mix on Wednesday but I hope to make up for it with an early weekend mix, perfect timing as we go into this pretty life changing weekend!

80's mixes have been doing really well in this channel so I'm giving you more! This mix features tracks from Gilbert Montagne, Giorgio Moroder, Phil Collins, The B52s, Spandau Ballet, and more!

Enjoy!

Time to relax and recharge for yet another Work From Home week coming up!

I got a request for a 90's mix a few days ago, so here it is. But! Instead of the usual disco and club mix, lets dial down the energy with these classic slow jams.

Featuring tracks from Simply Red, Propaganda, Gabrielle, Spandau Ballet, Kalapana, and more.

Enjoy the final hours of the weekend!

Welcome to summer here in the Philippines!

As you ponder the next step in your quarantine life this fine summer afternoon, let your mind wander towards the beach. Grab a lounge chair, put on your earphones, and watch people and time pass by. Don't forget your Mojito.

Its 80's week this week, and due to popular demand, Part 2 of my 80s Pop Dance Mix is out. If you missed Part 1, its a few mixes down from the list of this one on Spotify or Apple Podcasts.

This mix is a continuation of 80's pop hits starting off with Billy Joel in It's Just a Fantasy, then builds up from there with tracks from General Public, The Go Gos, Go West with Call Me, Kenny Loggins, The B52's and more.

Enjoy!

Lets go retro with these Classic 80's Disco hits!

Featuring tracks by Madonna, Risk Astley, Swing Out Sister, New Order, Bananarama, Brenda Holloway, Barry White, and more.

See you on the dance floor!

An uplifting house mix to psyche you all up for yet another week of lockdown life.

This is the full, unmuted, unblocked mix of my FB Live session last night, April 25, 2020.

Today, our mix will be more commercial. Maybe a bit too cheesy for the purists out there, but everyone can agree that these tracks brought house music to the mainstream (at least where I'm from).

Enjoy, and feel free to sing along. :)

Party like it was the late 80's to early 90's to bid yet another quarantine weekend goodbye.

This mix features excellent tracks from Cliff Richard, Sybil, Yazz, Donna Summer, Sonia, and many more.

There has been an overwhelming response to this channel with 1,100 listeners just in the past 10 days of its existence. Hope you can help share the good vibes with your friends.

Thank you and stay safe.

Sometime around 2000, I used to hang out in this club called Venezia in Manila. I was in school back then and the dorm was about three blocks away from the club, so we were there about three times a week.

Tracks from the club played a huge influence in my sound as a DJ and these were the some of the first tracks I collected when I was just starting out.

This mix has the timeless club vibe featuring Daft Punk, Chicane, Black Legend, and other classics.
