Then Jack Benny, originally broadcast November 15, 1936, 88 years ago, Buck Benny Rides Again.   Kenny Baker's first anniversary on the show. The cast does, "Buck Benny Rides Again." Sam Hearn is heard as "Shlepperman," but he's not called by that name.

Followed by Jack Benny, originally broadcast November 15, 1953, 71 years ago, Jack Prepares for his TV show.  The cast is rehearsing for Jack's TV show. 

We follow that with My Friend Irma starring Marie Wilson, originally broadcast November 15, 1948, 76 years ago, Thanksgiving is Approaching. Jane plans a dinner for four, Irma buys a live turkey named George.

Then Fibber McGee and Company, originally broadcast November 15, 1937, 87 years ago, The Football Ringer.   Harlow Wilcox introduces, "Marian and Jim Jordan," even though Molly is out “sick” for the next 18 months. Followed by The Green Hornet, originally broadcast November 14, 1942, 82 years ago, Torpedo On Wheels.  After a dynamite truck explodes, the Hornet matches wits with a gang who claims to know his secret identity.

Finally Superman, originally broadcast November 14, 1941, 83 years ago, The Pan-American Highway. Clark, Perry White and Lois Lane take a secret aircraft aloft for a test flight. Three groups of engineers have disappeared while working in the Andes. This is a job for Clark Kent!   Bud Collyer (who has a bad case of Laryngitis) is Clark, Julian Noa is Perry Mason, and Joan Alexander is Lois Lane. I didn’t know that Superman could get Laryngitis!

Followed by Suspense, originally broadcast November 10, 1952, 72 years ago, The Frightened City starring Frank Lovejoy.  A soldier returns home to find that his brother-in-law has been murdered, along with three other people. But, nobody's talking!

We follow that with The Charlie McCarthy Show, originally broadcast November 9, 1947, 77 years ago with guest Maurice Evans.  Edgar's hurt himself while riding a horse named...Edgar Bergen! Mortimer's gotten a job washing windows. Charlie has gotten guest Maurice Evans to help him stage a Shakespearean drama, but guest Lulu McConnell owns the barn! Romeo and Juliet will never be the same.

Round table discussion topic: "Do you think women drivers operate their cars as efficiently as men?" The Mighty Allen Art Players perform "The Sound Man's Revenge."

Followed by Take It or Leave it starring Bill Baker, originally broadcast November 8, 1942, 82 years ago with guest Jack Benny. The first category is "Football Teams." Phil plays "Dinah" on his accordion. The third contestant is Jack Benny, whose category is "Musical History." After answering the $1 question, Jack tries to quit and take the dollar!

Then Fibber McGee and Molly, originally broadcast November 8, 1937, 87 years ago, Introducing Clark Dennis. The Combined and Amalgamated Newspaper Association is going to interview Fibber and Molly. The last appearance of Marian Jordan on the show for 18 months, due to illness. The show eventually changes its name to, "Fibber McGee and Company." The first appearance of Clark Dennis as the program's vocalist,replacing Perry Como.

Then Under Arrest starring Joe DeSantis, originally broadcast November 7, 1948, 76 years ago.  Joe Barker, a small time crook, is reported missing by his wife Madge. Joe is found shot dead. He was a crook and a swindler, but whodunit?

Finally, Superman, originally broadcast November 7, 1941, 83 years ago, The Silver Arrow.  Jimmy Olsen finds another silver arrowhead with another puzzling poem on it, and another arrowhead in a cave filled with buffalo bones.
