Hola a toda mi gente bella de mi comunidad de @fulldeportes y mi canal @threespek, me paseo por aquí para dejarles una serie de ejercicios que nos ayudaran a tonificar la espalda y los hombros. Sencillo, sentados en una silla o banco sin utilizar ningún tipo de peso, iniciamos con calentamiento suave. Luego pasamos a los ejercicios empezando con movimientos de manos pegadas por encima de la cabeza bajando de lado a lado a la altura de los hombros, seguimos con un movimiento similar dejando una mano a la altura de la cabeza y bajando la otra a la altura de hombro, luego hacemos una especie de press de hombro sin mancuerna, seguimos con un movimiento parecido al jalón con barra para espalda pero sin peso estirando los brazos al frente y llevándolos atrás ; finalizo con un movimiento semicircular de hombros. Cada movimiento debe durar 20 segundos para un total de un minuto y 20 segundos continuos, descansamos por 30 segundos y repetimos la rutina un par de veces más. Cabe destacar que este ejercicio es recomendable para tonificar y debemos practicarlo al menos tres veces a la semana. Para fortalecer debemos agregar peso. Espero y les guste.

Simple, sitting on a chair or bench without using any kind of weight, we start with a gentle warm up. Then we move on to the exercises starting with hand movements glued above the head down from side to side at shoulder level, followed by a similar movement leaving one hand at head level and lowering the other at shoulder level, then we do a kind of shoulder press without dumbbell, followed by a movement similar to the pull-up with barbell for back but without weight stretching the arms in front and bringing them back, ending with a semicircular movement of shoulders. Each movement should last 20 seconds for a total of one minute and 20 continuous seconds, rest for 30 seconds and repeat the routine a couple more times. It should be noted that this exercise is recommended for toning and should be practiced at least three times a week. To strengthen we must add weight. I hope you like it.

La arepa es el pan de cada día en la gran mayoría de los hogares venezolanos, los niños jóvenes y adultos prefieren o les gusta este alimento que se ha convertido en la preferida de todos. En el caso de Oliver le encanta y si fuese por él lo consume en todo momento por eso en esta ocasión voy a enseñarle como el aprende y explica la forma como se elabora una arepa.

Saludos querida comunidad de full deportes, me paseo hoy por aquí a para dejarles una rutina de abdominales para quienes apenas empezamos a entrenar este musculo, es simple y sencilla, pero requiere de mucha disciplina y constancia para ir obteniendo resultados. Al principio es un poco difícil o complicado ejecutar el movimiento a la perfección, pero poniéndolo en práctica constante se ira perfeccionando, de igual manera en el transcurrir del tiempo voy a combinar con otros movimientos. Cuatro ejercicios y tres series de diez repeticiones cada uno; remo con flexiones y extensiones de piernas, apretando el abdomen y llevando las rodillas lo más cerca posible de los hombros, luego paso al segundo ejercicio, Crunch cortico, tendida en el piso levantando el tronco sin esforzar el cuello, apretando el abdomen e insinuando tocarme las rodillas. Posteriormente trabajo oblicuo haciendo un movimiento como especie de giro, acostada con la cabeza levantada, contrayendo el abdomen y tocando los tobillos de lado a lado. Por ultimo hacemos un movimiento parecido al remo, pero pedaleando al menos por 30 segundo. los invito a disfrutar de mi contenido de abdomen para principiantes.

Continuando con la elaboración de contenidos para la comunidad de @fulldeportes, a traves de mi canal en @threespek; hoy le presento mi rutina de entrenamiento fuerte para hacer crecer y endurecer los glúteos, es un entrenamiento que debemos hacerlo constantemente para poder ver los resultados en tiempo récords, todo entrenamiento depende de la fuerza de voluntad y disciplina que podamos tener, es necesario antes de cada esfuerzo físico hacer las respectiva calistenias para poner a tono el cuerpo y hacerlo entrar en calor. Es una rutina continúa dejando 30 segundos de descanso entre cada ejercicio de súper series a tres vueltas de 10 repeticiones cada una, es decir debe hacerse el ciclo completo de 5 ejercicios y repetirlos en tres oportunidades.

Hola a todos en mi comunidad de @Motherhood en esta oportunidad estaré presentando, un video en mi canal @threespek para mostrarle un pequeño entrenamiento con mis tres hijos, quienes juegan la bella disciplina de béisbol en la corporación Criollitos de Venezuela. Deivis el mayor con 13 años de edad, ya un adolescente se desempeña en la categoría de pre-junior, Oliver de 5 añitos juega en la categoría de compota mientras Christopher de 3 primaveras pertenece a la escuela de inicio. En un domingo de hacer deportes y ejercitar el cuerpo también es importante participar activamente en las actividades de los niños, que ellos sientan la presencia de sus progenitores, esto les genera más confianza, por eso junto a papa quien es el encargado de grabar el video y hacer la fotografía nos involucramos con los niños. Aunque la grabación es de corta duración les puedo decir que los pequeños disfrutaron al maximo; una vez que regresamos a casa no pararon de hablar del tema y estaban felices de ver a mama con un guante y una pelota.

Hola, paseándome por aquí de nuevo con un contenido audiovisual en mi espacio en @threespek y para Full Deportes, hoy les traigo una rutina que decidí poner en práctica para tonificar los brazos. Bíceps, tríceps y hombros; músculos que trabajo en mi video divididos en tres series de 10 repeticiones para cada ejercicio, dejando una pausa de 30 segundos entre cada serie. Hoy es primera vez que entreno estos músculos y decidí hacerlo al aire libre, ha sido distinta la experiencia con un poco más de libertad y motivación, menos calor que en otros contenidos en los que he entrenado dentro de mi hogar. Los bíceps, tríceps y hombros son la presentación frontal de toda persona por eso más allá de buscar masa muscular solo quiero irlos moldeando; como no tengo las pesas de un gimnasio practico con dos botellas llenas de agua al mismo nivel, los invito a ver el video.

Hola a todos los integrantes de la comunidad de @Motherhood, me paseo por aquí para dejarles un contenido audiovisual a traves de mi canal en @threespek. Hace días inicie una sección de entrenamientos para postear en la comunidad de Full Deportes algunos ejercicios para fortalecer las piernas, en mi papel de madre de tres niños a los que debo atender; ir al gimnasio se me torna complicado por cuestiones de tiempo y ocupaciones en el hogar, sin embargo ocupe un espacio en la sala de mi hogar para realizar mi actividad deportiva. Tarea difícil entrenar frente a los niños, siempre están en la sala jugando con sus juguetes y para tranquilizarlos decidí integrarlos en el calentamiento previo y hacer este pequeño video. Pienso que es una forma de integrarlos en lo que realizamos, en esta oportunidad me acompañaron Oliver y Christopher de 5 y 3 años respectivamente ejecutando los movimientos de calistenia; mientras Deivis Rafael de 12 años mi hijo mayor me sirvió de camarógrafo.
