We're back!

After a little bit of a break, the Know the Game podcast is back! Ryan Conwell brings back one of the LaxCon interviews with Clay and Kroy Arnold as they talk about their introduction to the game of lacrosse and their newest projects with Indigenous Values, including the Wooden Stick Festival and the Randy Hall Memorial Tournament. The Wooden Stick Festival will be held Saturday, September 28-29, 2019.

They have also recently launched their own company, Spirit Twins Lacrosse, where they will be using it to teach the game wherever they can.
