As well, Andrei Kuzmenko scored his 35th goal of the season, setting the franchise record for most goals scored by a Canuck in their first NHL season. But the biggest talking point of the night was the news that John Garrett will be retiring from commentary at the end of this season.

The Canucks fell behind early but fought back, led by JT Miller. In the end, it wasn't enough to topple the Vegas Golden Knights.
