The Canucks are set to kick off their season against the Oilers in Edmonton.

The Canucks have set their opening night roster for October 12, and they used EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR of cap space allowed.  Their roster consists of 22 players, and 3 players on Injured Reserve.

The Canucks practiced today in preparation for their final preseason game this Friday night vs. the Arizona Coyotes. Tyler Myers missed practice and is day-to-day.

The Canucks defeated the Edmonton Oilers 5-4 in a very spirited game in Abbotsford.  Elias Pettersson led the way with 2 power play goals.
