Episode 8, "A Dialogue on Dialoguing About Racism", is intended to provide some helpful tips on engaging in conversation about what is an incredibly difficult yet incredibly important topic: racism. In the first half of this episode, we share some tips/recommendations for arranging and navigating these conversations. In the second half, we highlight some helpful resources that are intended to help us all become more educated about the contours of racism in America. In addition, we've include some resources to help you work through these realities with your young people (see below).
We don't do this podcast perfectly, but if we all waited until we were perfect to have these conversations they wouldn't happen. So thank you for your grace and flexibility as we navigate a difficult yet crucially important topic. If you have questions or thoughts or feedback, please email us at [email protected]
