I am a proud momma to 2 handsome little men, a wife to the love of my life, and quite arguably, the best advice giver and listener you’ll ever have in your corner.

I believe that my sole purpose in this lifetime is to be LIGHT and to remind those around me of the light that exists within them. My mission with Sound Healing is to educate, empower, and guide soul-aligned individuals to reach their highest potential by providing them with tools and modalities that give them the confidence to know that they hold the power to change their lives.

My vision is to bring healing and growth to people around the world through my voice, sound, light, and love. I want to live a life of balance and harmony, where I am able to pursue my passions in sound healing, mentoring, and leading, while also prioritizing my physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
