Are you having family problems and disagreements? Feeling used, unappreciated, angry, betrayed, deceived, let down, shot down, alienated? Experiencing strain, frustration, or guilt? Feeling unacknowledged, taken advantage of, manipulated? I know exactly what that feels like and it's not fun or pleasant to be in such a place. your body doesn't like it, your heart doesn't enjoy it and your mind doesn't help!
This is a technique inspired by Inna Segal s teachings and I wish someone gifted me this when I was feeling all that and more having to show up every day for my job surrounded by toxic people and being the only one wearing a genuine smile and open heart.
Make this your daily SOULhabit for a while and be with your GRIEF as it melts away......Ask yourself: Who or what do you carry on your hips? Who are you taking responsibility for? Who are you supporting? Stand, and shake your hips.
