“You see it every day, the person that just applied for 15 jobs but qualifies for two. All you're doing is wasting time. As an applicant, really if you're not hitting that required field, don't bother applying for it. Make sure that you hit those requirements. Most of the time you want a lot of those preferreds, and make sure that it's highlighted on your resume.”
