2026 started with a whirlwind of emotions. In this episode of Clearing Out My Head, I'm sharing the massive highs—like welcoming a new Labradoodle puppy to the family and booking a dream 12-night Caribbean cruise—but also a serious health scare that stopped me in my tracks. I recently received a skin cancer diagnosis requiring Mohs surgery on my wrist. It’s been a wake-up call, but it's also given me a new perspective on my goals for this year.

After six months away, I finally open up about where I've been, why I stopped uploading, and what's next on my journey.
