As entrepreneurs, we are pulled towards being entrepreneurs because we want freedom. As we evolve as entrepreneurs, our view and truth of freedom changes

There are many times during our entrepreneur journey we need to remind ourselves of why we chose to be entrepreneurs and how we define freedom for ourselves and our business. We need our desire for freedom and independence to be our light in the darkness, our "why' when you know the freedoms you desire, you can see your challenges. Differently, you can determine what changes need to be made, and it is much easier to innovate.

Entrepreneurship is true freedom!

Down the rabbit hole is a common occurrence in most entrepreneurs' lives. There are so many innovations, and staying ahead of the curve can send us down unknown paths, not always how we expect.

Do you appreciate the rabbit hole and all the adventures it provides, or do you quickly shut it down and only focus on eh what you want to know at the moment?

I find when I get sent down the rabbit hole, I often disappear for a few hours not realizing where the time went, but more often than not, grateful for the plethora of information I find. It is not always the information I was looking for. Usually, it is not, but what I do find gives me ideas for future innovation, simplifying or teaching me things I never knew.

Are you able to navigate these rabbit adventures? How about we have some fun and simplify the journey because a new way of looking at things can change your perspective all around! As entrepreneurs, we need to do that more often than we realize!

Team building star wars style!

Can playing star wars lego really teach how to work together as a team? I think so! It all comes down to communication and learning to listen.

When you listen, take time to learn; you can find those that can fill in your gaps, allowing your strengths to shine.

Find ways to communicate your message you request, so it is clear to those who need to hear it and follow through. You may need to test what you are saying a how you are saying it to get what is in your head out to an actionable request.

Take time to learn what you don't know or that you want to pass off to others so that you know what you want to be done and who you want it done. Remember, we need to understand what we don't know (listen to episode 36 to hear more about when we don't know what we don't know)

Most importantly, have fun experimenting!

Great Leaders ask questions.

Are you asking the right questions for yourself and of those around you?

In our fast-paced world, assumptions can run wild, and often we don't want others to know we don't know everything. Somewhere along the way, saying "I don't know" became a sign of weakness instead of a sign of leadership.

Leaders ask questions a lot of questions to get as much clarification as possible. As Leaders, we need everyone on our team headed in the same direction. That can only happen if we ask the right questions, even if we already know the answer to ensure that everyone is clear.

Often I hear people not knowing enough about the topic or their assumptions getting in the way they don't know what they don't know and get headed off in the wrong direction. As leaders, we need to step up and offer answers and ask questions that may not come to mind. We need to ask questions to find out if we are on the same path.

Keep it simple, be at ease with yourself, and intuition will light the way.

Power up your dreams!

When you create the perfect mix of dreams, feelings, and thoughts, nothing can stop you!

Remember a holiday you thought was out of reach, but you made it there. Think of the feeling you had imagined it and when you finally got the ticket and got on the road, arrived at the hotel, and took your first walk around. Each step to getting there caused it to feel more and more real.

When you can tap into that feeling and match your thoughts, you begin to ground your dream so that the universe can meet you. Your intuition begins to light the way, the how, the what, and before you know it, you reach your dream, and it is time for the next wish to be realized!

Fake it till you make it! Even better, fake it till it feels real.

There are two sides to "Fake it till you make it," the exterior world and the interior.

The exterior is what the outside experiences and assumes from your presentation and expression.

The interior is what you feel when you "fake" and what you believe to be true so that it no longer feels like you are faking.

You see, the process of moving the "fake it" feeling to feeling real the more the universe brings you what you need to continue to reach your desires.

Because everything you need is within you, intuition simply lights the way.
